Wonderful Italian console table from the late 18th century that has been heavily carved with winding foliated scrolls and acanthus leaves. The finely tapered and reeded legs are carved with great detail and topped with cornered rosettes. The gilt and gray painted wood complements the absolutely stunning brèche d'Alep marble top.
This piece would be a stunning table to showcase an arrangement of fresh flowers in an entryway, or to display a collection of your most precious treasures. Marble top is 1" thick.
